Jon Judkins has announced the signing of Utah prep standout forward Jax Clark to a financial aid agreement on Thursday.
A 2026 graduate of American Fork High School in Utah, Clark earned Utah Class 6A First Team honors after averaging 16.2 points, 8.1 rebounds & 2.6 assists per game for the Cavemen as a senior.
Advancing to the semifinals of the Utah 6A State Tournament before falling to Bingham High School in overtime, Clark helped American Fork to an 18-8 overall record as a senior in 2025-26.
Tallying double digits in 23 of the Caveman's 26 games, Clark posted 10 double-doubles along with five contests with 20-plus points.
Recording a season-high 28 points in a win at Layton High School in January, Clark closed out the season with a 24-point, seven-rebound performance against Bingham in the semifinals of the state tournament.
As a junior in 2024-25, Clark earned Class 6A Honorable Mention honors after averaging 12.1 points & 7.7 rebounds per game as the Caveman advanced to the second round of the Class 6A state tournament.
Clark got his prep start as a sophomore in 2023-24 playing in 19 games totaling 56 points and 50 rebounds.
Clark is the eighth addition to the 2026-27 roster and third from the prep ranks joining guards Owen Mackey (St. George, Utah) and Christian Gibson (Houston, Texas).
