Dixie State finished in the middle of the pack in 12
th place at the Northern Arizona Red Rocks Invitational played on Saturday and Sunday at the Oakcreek Country Club in Sedona, Ariz.
DSU (305-306-301-912; +48) stood in a two-way tie for 11
th place after the conclusion of the suspended second round on Sunday morning. The Trailblazers then went out on their final loop and shot their second lowest round of the season, a combined 13-over 301, but fell one spot on the team leaderboard to 12
th, five shots clear of both Utah Valley (302-309-306-917; +53) and Montana (309-306-302-917; +53).

Fellow WAC member Grand Canyon (289-287-289-865; +1) won the team title, besting tourney host NAU (284-296-291-871; +6) by five strokes.

Junior
Abby Livingston enjoyed a banner weekend as she recorded her career-best overall collegiate finish with a t-ninth showing at 1-over 217. After opening with a 1-over 73, Livingston fired back-to-back even par 72s, and finished with a team-high nine birdies on the weekend, four of which came in her second loop. In addition, Livingston tied the DSU 54-hole scoring record with her 217 score, which she also carded earlier this season at the New Mexico State Aggie Inv'l (10/4-6/21).

Taylor Naumann (80-72-77) and
Abbey Porter (75-79-75) followed in an eight-way tie for 42
nd at plus-13 229, while sophomore
Tayllore Ward (77-84-77) tied for 79
th at plus-22 238, and sophomore
Kaitlin Tsukamoto (81-83-77) tied for 91
st at plus-25 241.
Dixie State will enjoy a three-week break from competition before returning to Arizona to close the 2021-22 regular season at the Montana State-hosted Bobcat Desert Classic, which will be played April 11-12, at The Golf Club of Estrella in Goodyear.
