(Flagstaff, Ariz. - Jan. 30, 2026) – Utah Tech track & field set a program record in the shot put and won titles in the high jump and 3,000 meters at the Northern Arizona-hosted Ron Mann Classic on Friday at the Walkup Skydome. The Trailblazers tallied 22 top-eight finishes and 11 top-10 all-time program marks across all events.
Senior
Lainee Leavitt won the high jump, tying her season best and the Utah Tech all-time indoor record at a height of 1.65 meters (5-5.0). Junior
Mille Roesaeg took sixth with a mark of 1.52 meters (4-11.75).Â
Utah Tech swept the top four in the 3,000 meters. Junior
Averie Perriton won the title with a time of 10:39.33, which ranks ninth all-time in UT history. Junior
Charly Murie came in second at 10:49.39, junior
Erin McKinnon followed in third at 10:55.22 and sophomore
Kambrie Wilkinson finished fourth at 11:07.46.
Roesaeg set the Utah Tech all-time indoor record in the shot put with a mark of 10.11 meters (33-2.0) to take eighth. Junior
Reyes Hernandez finished ninth with a mark of 10.10 meters (33-1.75), ranking second all-time in program history. Senior
Megan Jenkins placed 14th with a mark of 8.84 meters (29-0.0), ranking third all-time in program history.
In the long jump, Hernandez took third with a personal record of 5.31 meters (17-5.25). That mark ranks second all-time in program history. Jenkins finished in seventh at 5.19 meters (17-0.5), a mark that ranks fourth all-time in Trailblazer history.
Perriton placed fourth in the mile with a PR of 5:07.37. That time ranks fourth all-time in UT history. Sophomore
Makayla Boulton followed in sixth with a PR of 5:26.77.
In the 60-meter hurdles, Jenkins placed third at 8.84, followed by Hernandez in seventh at 9.07.
Freshman
Hannah Bingham took sixth in the 400 meters with a time of 57.45.
In the 800 meters, five Trailblazers finished in the top eight. Junior
Whitney Christiansen finished second at 2:15.04, posting a time that ranks 10th all-time in program history. Freshman
Hailee Phillips followed in third at 2:15.70, with junior
Makayla Pitcher and senior
Savannah Rydalch trailing in fourth and fifth at 2:16.66 and 2:20.45, respectively. Freshman
Zoie Adcox rounded out the top eight in eighth with a time of 2:24.16.Â
Sophomore
Lily Sampson posted the ninth-best 200-meter time in program history to finish 11th at 25.56.
Utah Tech concluded the meet with three groups placing in the top six of the 4x400-meter relay. Jenkins, Bingham, freshman
Scarlett Brock and Christiansen teamed up for a second-place finish at 3:53.29, which ranks fourth all-time in UT history. Sophomore

Gracie Meeds, Sampson and senior
Kelly Denninghoff came in fourth at 4:00.40, and Rydalch, Adcox, Pitcher and Phillips followed in fifth at 4:10.15.Â
