At Utah Tech 2025 Outdoor (Sophomore): Finished 10th in the 10,000 meters (39:38.14) and 33rd in the 5,000 meters (19:42.67) at the WAC Outdoor Championships … placed eighth in the 10,000 meters with a season-best time of 37:49.71 and logged a season-best in the 5,000 meters (18:25.06) at the La Verne-hosted Leopard Invitational … took seventh in the 3,000 meters with a season-best time of 10:47.86 at the Utah Tech Invitational … placed eighth in the 3,000 meters (11:06.80) at the SUU Coliseum Championships … posted a season best in the 1,500 meters (4:58.54) at the UNLV Rebel ELITE … competed at five meets ... named Academic All-WAC.

At Utah Tech 2025 Indoor (Sophomore): Competed at three meets … ran season bests in the 3,000 meters (10:57.77) and 5,000 meters (18:38.09) at the Idaho State-hosted Mountain State Games … logged a season best in the mile (5:32.64) at the Northern Arizona-hosted Ron Mann Classic … earned Academic All-WAC honors.

At Utah Tech 2024 Outdoor (Freshman): competed in six meets ... raced in both the 5000 meters (19:35.36) and the 10000 meters (40:14.91) at the WAC Outdoor Championships ... finished fifth in the open division of the mile at the BYU Robison Invitational clocking a time of 5:24.32 and competed in the open division of the 800 meters notching a time of 2:33.57 ... placed seventh in the 1500 meters at the UNLV Elite meet clocking a time of 5:00.88 ... came in eighth in the 5000 meters at the Utah Tech Invitational with a time of 18:48.44 ... ran a season-best time in the 1500 meters at the Vince O'Boyle Track and Field Classic recording a time of 4:57.01 ... earned Academic All-WAC honors.

At Utah Tech 2024 Indoor (Freshman): competed in four meets ... ran a season-best time in the mile at the Mountain State Games hosted by Idaho State posting a time of 5:27.84 ... finished ninth in the 800 meters at the Ron Mann Classic clocking a time of 2:32.26 ... ran a season-best time of 2:28.80 in the 800 meters at the NAU Lumberjack Team Challenge ... opened the indoor season at the BYU Cougar Invitational posting times of 3:18.76 in the 1000 meters and 5:39.14 in the mile ... earned Academic All-WAC honors.

At Pitman High School: Earned varsity letters in both cross country and track for the Pride … stats and awards not available. 

Personal: Was born in Turlock, California … parents are Ross and Kristi Day … father Ross played college basketball at Southern Utah … also recruited by Fresno State and Stanislaus State … plans to major in business.

Why I Chose Utah Tech: “I chose Utah Tech because I wanted to be a part of such a great team and to live in St. George. It is such a nice place and the school is beautiful. I really wanted to be coached by Coach Decker and to be involved in such a great program”
