At Utah Tech 2025 Indoor (Junior): Competed at three meets … placed third in the distance medley relay with a season-best time of 12:21.42, which ranks third all-time in Utah Tech indoor history, at the Idaho State-hosted Mountain State Games … finished seventh in the 800 meters with a season-best time of 2:18.70 at the Northern Arizona-hosted Ron Mann Classic … clocked a season-best 4:14.56 in the 4x400-meter relay at the ISU-hosted Snake River Open … earned Academic All-WAC honors.

At Utah Tech 2024 Outdoor (Sophomore): Competed in six meets ... raced in the 800 meters at the WAC Outdoor Championships clocking a time of 2:17.59 ... ran in the 1500 meters at the UNLV Elite meet posting a time of 5:09.98 ... finished ninth in the 400 meters at the BYU Robison Invitational posting a time of 1:01.29 ... competed in the 800 meter Invite at the BYU Robison Invitational posting a time of 2:19.92 ... came in ninth in the 800 meters the SUU Coliseum Championships with a time of 2:20.02 ... opened the outdoor season at the Utah Tech Invitational with a time of 2:21.04 in the 800 meters ... earned Academic All-WAC.

At Utah Tech 2024 Indoor (Sophomore): Named Second-Team All-WAC with a sixth-place finish in the DMR with a time of 12:25.82 at the WAC Indoor Championships ... competed in six meets ... ran in the 800 meters at the WAC Indoor Championships clocking a time of 2:28.43 ... clocked a season-best time of 2:20.82 in the 800 meters to finish third at the BYU Cougar Invitational ... went a season-best 1:01.97 in the 400 meters at the BYU Cougar Invitational ... finished fifth in the 800 meters at the Ron Mann Classic (2:22.02) ... placed eighth in the 800 meters at the NAU Lumberjack Team Challenge (2:21.30) ... earned Academic All-WAC honors.

At Utah Tech 2023 Indoor (Freshman): Competed at three meets ... ran a season best in the mile (5:55.30) at the BYU Cougar Indoor Invitational ... posted a season best in the 800 meters (2:29.44) and finished eighth in the 4x400-meter relay (season-best 4:14.67) at the Northern Arizona-hosted Ron Mann Classic.

At Provo High School: Competed in track & field, cross country, soccer and swimming ... has 11 letters, three from track & field ... was the 2019 5A Utah State Champion in the 4x400 relay with a 3:58.67 ... was also part of the 2019 5A State Team Champion ... was named Academic All-Region in cross country, track and swimming in 2022 ... also named Academic All-State in cross country, track and swimming in 2022
