Utah Tech Women's Tennis Announces 2026 Dual Schedule

(St. George - Dec. 2, 2025) – Utah Tech women's tennis head coach Eric Pelton announced his program's 2026 dual schedule on Tuesday. 

The Trailblazers are set to play 22 regular-season matches across four states. UT will host 12 home games, play in four neutral-site matches and travel to six away contests.

The dual season starts with a doubleheader against in-state foe Brigham Young on Saturday, Jan. 17, followed by a match against Utah State on Monday, Jan. 19.

The Trailblazers head up Interstate 15 for their first road contest at future Big Sky Conference rival Weber State on Friday, Jan. 23, in Ogden, Utah.

Utah Tech will then travel down to Las Vegas, Nevada, for a trio of contests at UNLV's Fertitta Tennis Complex. UT will face Youngstown State on Friday, Jan. 30, before a true road match against UNLV on Saturday, Jan. 31. The Trailblazers wrap up their stay in Sin City with a rematch against Weber State on Sunday, Feb. 1.

On Presidents' Day weekend, the Trailblazers will host North Dakota State on Saturday, Feb. 14, spending Valentine's Day on the courts. UT will host a neutral-site match for NDSU and Idaho State on Sunday, Feb. 15. Utah Tech will challenge ISU on Monday, Feb. 16, to wrap up the holiday.

On Saturday, Feb. 21, UT returns to Las Vegas to take on Big 12 member Colorado in a neutral-site contest.

The Trailblazers head east for a pair of matches in Grand Junction, Colorado, to round out February. Utah Tech faces Colorado Mesa on Friday, Feb. 21, and will then play Colorado College in a neutral-site game on Saturday, Feb. 28.

UT begins a three-match homestand on Thursday, March 5, when New Mexico State comes to town. The Trailblazers will challenge Boise State on Saturday, March 7, and battle in-state foe Utah on Monday, March 9.

The Trailblazers visit Arizona the following week for three matches in the Grand Canyon State. UT will play Ottawa (Ariz.) on Wednesday, March 11, in Surprise, Arizona, before a doubleheader with Mesa Community College on Friday, March 13, in Mesa, Arizona.

Utah Tech returns home to take on Montana on Friday, March 27. The Trailblazers will host a neutral-site game for Montana and fellow WAC member Tarleton State before UT takes on the Texans later that afternoon on Saturday, March 28. 

UT wraps up the regular season at home with a doubleheader against Colorado Mesa on Saturday, April 11.

The WAC Tournament will be held in Arlington, Texas, on Friday and Saturday, March 17-18.
