(Las Vegas, Nevada - Nov. 9, 2025) – Utah Tech women's tennis finished action at the UNLV-hosted Watanabe Classic on Sunday at Fertitta Tennis Complex. The Trailblazers tallied eight wins over three days, including seven singles victories.

Freshman Cameron Hendrix bested UNLV's Sabrina Novruzova on the first day of competition, 6-2, 3-6, 6-3. On Saturday, Hendrix beat Rebel Zarina Novruzova, 6-4, 6-1.

Senior Raquel Roshak picked up a win over Zarina Novruzova, battling to win the tiebreaker in the second set on Friday, 6-1, 7-6 (4).

In doubles action on Friday, sophomores Maya Inouye and Nutsa Tsintsadze teamed up for a victory over Cal Poly's Alexandra Ozerets/Aspen Chung, 6-4.

UT totaled three singles wins on Saturday, including Hendrix's second singles win. Tsintsadze logged a come-from-behind victory over Mustang Olivia Mlouk, 3-6, 6-2, 6-4, and senior Nicole Kells took down Sabrina Novruzova, 6-4, 2-6, 6-3.

On Sunday, the Trailblazers wrapped up the classic with two singles victories. Junior Olivia Bustos toppled Chung with a tiebreaker, 7-5, 3-6, 1-0 (10-8). Tsintsadze picked up her second win with a 6-1, 6-1 showing over Sabrina Novruzova.

The Trailblazers will begin their dual season in January.
