A GLANCE AT THE UT DALLAS COMETS
The Comets are 4-4 on the season with a 2-0 mark in the American Southwest Conference in Division III.

UT Dallas is 1-2 at home with an 8-1 win over LeTourneau and one-point losses to Southwestern (5-4) and UMSL (4-3).

The Comets went 13-7 in 2023 with a 4-0 mark in the ASC East Conference, winning the conference tournament with wins over Concordia Texas and Hardin-Simmons, before falling to Claremont Mudd-Scripps in the second round of the NCAA Tournament.

UTD has combined to go 6-2 at both number four and number five singles while Mia Matharoo is 5-3 overall with a 4-3 mark in the number two singles.

A GLANCE AT THE UT ARLINGTON MAVERICKS
UT Arlington is 12-6 overall with a 2-2 record in the WAC with wins at Stephen F. Austin and UTRGV.

UTA is 6-4 at home with its last win in Arlington coming on March 8 over UTSA.

The Mavericks were an impressive 18-4 in 2023 with an 8-1 mark in the WAC to win the regular season crown before falling to Grand Canyon in the WAC Tournament semifinals.

The two teams met last season at home falling 7-0 to the Mavericks.

Led by junior Sarina Reinertsen is 19-9 overall with a 7-4 mark at number two singles.

LAST TIME OUT
The Trailblazers are coming off a pair of 6-1 losses at Tarleton State and Abilene Christian last week.

Against the Texans on Thursday, Adithi Venkatakrishnan won at number one singles while Rachel Mellor won at number four singles against the Wildcats on Saturday.

2024 ROSTER
The 2023-24 roster consists of 11 student-athletes with four freshmen, three sophomores, one junior and three seniors.

The Trailblazers return six student-athletes from last year while welcoming four freshmen and one junior college transfer in Laura Coulome.

Seven Trailblazers are from outside of the United States while four Blazers hail from the United States.

HEAD COACH ERIC PELTON
Eric Pelton is in his 18th season as the head coach of the Utah Tech women's tennis program in 2024.

Utah Tech has racked up 103 wins over his 18 seasons leading the Trailblazers and helped lead then-Dixie State to a career-high 13 wins in 2018-19 and added six more in the COVID-19 shortened season of 2019-20.
