Box Score Dixie State women's tennis took on WAC opponent Tarleton State and fell 7-0 

"It was a good match and  the ladies play hard," said head coach Eric Pelton. "We were not able to convert the majority of the duce points which hurt us. It was a good weekend of tennis the girls played amazing all weekend."
 
In the No. 1 spot in doubles action,  Juliana Honzacruk and Rachel Mellor competed to fall narrowly 6-4. However, the Texans ran away with all of the doubles spots to take the point advantage. 

The Trailblazers battled in the singles action but couldn't find any success as the Texans walked away with a clean sweep. 

Mellor was the last to finish and fought hard in the No. 5 spot coming in with final scores of 6-2, 6-4 but couldn't finish out the second set  to force a tie breaker. 

Dixie State is set to host Colorado Mesa for a pair of Matches on March 12 before heading to Seattle to take on WA foes, New Mexico State and Grand Canyon April 1-2.
