Dixie State opened the 2022 spring season with a 16
th place finish at the inaugural Jacksonville San Jose Intercollegiate, which wrapped up play on Tuesday at the San Jose Country Club.

DSU (336-335-323-994, +130) managed to move up one spot to 17
th after the conclusion of the second round, which was suspended due to darkness on Monday. The Trailblazers then carded their lowest loop of the event with a final round plus-35 323 to climb up one more spot on the team leaderboard.

Campbell (312-288-297) held on to its second round lead to come away with the team title at plus-33 897, 19 shots clear of both East Carolina (316-294-306-916, +52) and USC Upstate (311-301-304-916, +52), which both tied for runner-up honors. Â

Abby Livingston (80-84-76) was the top Blazer player in the event in t-42
nd at plus-24 240, which included a team-best final round 4-over 76 with two birdies that vaulted her up 13 spots on the leaderboard.

st at plus-36 252, followed by sophomore

Dixie State will enjoy a two-week break before heading to Phoenix to play in the Grand Canyon Invitational, will be held at the GCU Championship Golf Course on Feb. 28-March 1.
