Dallas Baptist Upends Dixie State Women's Tennis

MESA, Ariz. -- The Dixie State women's tennis team lost their first match on a five match road swing in Arizona. The Red Storm were upended by 6-3 by Dallas Baptist.

The Red Storm (5-7) picked up wins at No. 3 doubles, No. 3 and No. 6 singles. At No. 1 singles, Joy Naigeon (Biot, France /Lycee Simone Veil) lost a hearbreaking match 2-6, 7-6, 7-10.

In similar fashion at No. 3 singles, Stormy Dvorak (Laguna Beach, CA/Park City) won 2-6, 6-4, 10-8 to add to her other point she earned at No. 3 doubles with her partner Sierra Smith (Denton, TX/John H Guyer).

Dixie State continues it's five match road swing with a match with Schreiner University tomorrow at 12:30 p.m.
