(Arlington, Texas - Feb. 23, 2026) - Sophomore infielder Kinley Pappas was named the WAC Player of the Week on Monday, the conference office announced.

Pappas put together a strong week from the plate hitting .611 going 11-for-18 in five games at the Lyman Classic helping the Trailblazers go 4-1 on the week.

Pappas tallied eight extra-base knocks with three home runs, three triples and two doubles for a 1.556 slugging percentage.

Tying a program record belting three home runs on Sunday in a 80-72 win at Tarleton State, Pappas scored four runs & drove in six RBI's in a 13-5 win over Weber State.

Adding 10 runs scored and 12 RBI's, Pappas drew a pair of walks to reaching base 13 times in 20 plate appearances for a .650 on-base percentage.

She recorded multiple hits in four of five games and scored multiple runs & drove in multiple RBI's in three contests.
