Women’s Basketball signs Anabella Muscoreil

Dixie State women's basketball head coach JD Gustin has announced the signing of Anabella Muscoreil, who will join the Trailblazers for the 2020-21 season.

Muscoreil, a 6-foot-3 center from Tucson, Arizona, is a senior at Marana High School, where she has earned first team All-Region, Regional Offensive Player of the Year, and second team All-Southern Arizona honors. Last season, Muscoreil averaged 15.3 points, 7.5 rebounds, and 1.3 blocks per game as a junior.

"We like Bella's skill set for her position and believe it will fit right in with the way we play," Gustin said. "She is strong and physical, and gives us a solid presence in the paint, while also having the ability to step out and make perimeter shots."
