(St. George, Utah - March 8, 2026) - Head Coach
Jon Judkins was named the WAC Coach of the Year and
Ethan Potter was tabbed to the All-WAC Team by Hoops HD on Sunday.
Judkins helped the Trailblazers to an 11-win improvement in the regular season and a third-place finish in the WAC regular season after being picked to finish sixth in the WAC preseason poll.
Named one of 25 finalists for the Hugh Durham Award given to the top mid-major head coach in the nation, Judkins has helped the Trailblazers to their most wins (18) in Utah Tech's Division I era.
Earning four WAC Player of the Week honors, Potter put together a strong senior season after transferring from Utah Valley.
Potter finished the regular season leading the WAC in rebounds per game (8.0), rebounds (255) & field goal percentage (58.9) and ranked second in points per game (16.3) & points (522).
The Trailblazers open the WAC Tournament on Thursday night at 9:30 p.m. MT in Las Vegas at the Orleans Arena.
