Utah Tech combined for two school records, three events victories, and several top-10 program marks during its two-day dual meet at Northern Arizona, which wrapped up on Saturday at the NAU Wall Aquatic Center.

Cera Mallory and
Gabby Henry accounted for both of the Trailblazer school records and two event wins on the weekend. Mallory shattered her own record in the 500-yard freestyle with an altitude-adjusted time of 4:53.93, while Henry tied her school record in the 50 butterfly with an event winning time of 25.45.

Several other Trailblazers posted top-three race finishes, including Henry (23.76) and
Makaela Perea (26.34) in the 50 free and 50 back respectively, while
Alyssa Gordon placed third overall in the 500 free (5:04.51-altitude adjusted).Â

Meanwhile,
Mary Sims Cross took third in the 50 fly at 25.78 (#4 all-time at Utah Tech), and
Naomi Nakaya placed third in the 100 fly (57.62-altitude adjusted).

In the relays, Utah Tech claimed victory in Friday's 200 free relay, where the team of Henry, Madelaine McGaughy,
Reagan Patterson and
Nia Turagavou recorded the fourth-fastest time in program history at 1:33.86.

The Trailblazers also posted three runner-up relay showings, highlighted by Friday's results in the 800 free relay, with the team of Mallory, Gordon,
Coco Riding and
Natalia Zmierczak clocking the second-fastest time in program history at 7:28.57 (altitude adjusted). Mallory got the race going with an opening leg 1:49.98 (altitude adjusted), which was the sixth-fastest 200 time in school history.

The 400 free team of Mallory, Patterson, Henry and Zmierczak recorded the seventh-fastest relay time in program history with a runner-up 3:26.95 (altitude adjusted), as did the 400 medley team of Cross, Mallory, Henry and Zmierczak with a 3:45.58 (altitude adjusted) to place second.

In addition, the 200 medley relay team of Cross, Tracy, McGaughy and Henry swam the 10
th-fastest time in Utah Tech history with a third-place 1:44.05 to open the meet on Friday.Â

Utah Tech wraps up its 2025-26 dual meet season next Saturday, Feb. 7, with a road MPSF dual at Northern Colorado.
