(Arlington, Texas - Sept. 16, 2025) - Senior outside hitter Kennedi Knudsen was named the Jersey Mike's A Sub Above WAC Player of the Week for a third straight week, the conference announced on Tuesday.

Knudsen earned All-Tournament honors at the Boise State Invitational after another strong week leading the Trailblazers in kills in sweeps over Idaho State and San Francisco.

After opening the tournament with a six-kill, eight-dig performance against Boise State, the WAC Preseason Player of the Year got hot in the final two matches of the weekend.

Notching her fourth double-double of the season against the Bengals, Knudsen tallied 15 kills and 12 digs and closed out the tournament with 18 kills, four digs and two blocks against the Dons.

On the season, Knudsen leads the WAC in kills (135), total attacks (367), points (147.0), kills per set (4.29), attacks per set (11.84) and points per set (4.74).

Knudsen enters this weekend's action four kills shy of breaking the program record for career kills.

The Trailblazers are back on the court this weekend at the Into The Blue Invitational hosted by Air Force on Friday and Saturday.
