Utah Tech women's basketball landed four student-athletes on the 2024-25 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Team on Tuesday. The four selections included redshirt senior forward Emily Isaacson, junior guards Brie Crittendon and Chardonnay Hartley, and sophomore forward Nicole Willardson.

Isaacson currently carries a 3.96 GPA while working on her master's degree in sports management and athletic administration.

The senior forward, who was also named on to the 2022-23 CSC All-District Team, wrapped up her final season as the Trailblazers' leading scorer (12.7 ppg – 10^th WAC) and rebounder (5.5 rpg – 14^th WAC). She also finished the campaign ranked t-24^th in the NCAA Division I ranks in made 3-pointers (81 – 2^nd WAC) and 26^th-nationally in 3FG percentage (.409 – 3^rd WAC), and wound up hitting at least one 3-pointer in 25-straight games to close out the year. 

Isaacson closed her stellar career as the program's all-time leader in 3-point field goals made (259) and 3FG percentage (.3997), and finished as Utah Tech's third all-time leading scorer (1,199 pts) and fourth all-time leading rebounder (599). 

She is also one of only three players in program history with at least 1,195 points and 595 rebounds, and wound up third all-time in steals (133) and field goals made (409), and fourth in career blocks (66).

Crittendon, who owns a 3.76 GPA while working on her master's degree in healthcare administration, started in all 31 games during her first season as a Trailblazer and averaged 7.8 points and 4.5 rebounds per game.

The junior forward scored in double figures in nine of those starts, including a Utah Tech career-high 16 points vs. Pittsburgh (12/21). She also posted her first collegiate double-double with 13 points and 11 rebounds in a home win over Seattle U (1/16).

Hartley, who carries a 3.71 GPA as a business major, established herself as one of the top passers in the NCAA D-I ranks after she led the WAC and finished sixth-nationally in assist per game (6.4 apg). She also tied for ninth in Division I in total assists with 198, which were only two assists shy of tying Utah Tech's single season record.

The junior point guard scored in double figures in 15 of her 31 starts in her debut season at Utah Tech with three 20-plus point outings, highlighted by a collegiate career high of 28 points along with 12 assists in a home win over Weber State (11/16). Hartley also tied Utah Tech's single game record for assists with 13 and had 14 points in the Blazers' home victory over Seattle U (1/16). 

In addition, Hartley was among the nation's leaders in at the foul line, tying for 25^th-nationally in free throw attempts (201), and t-87^th in free throws made (117).

Willardson, who owns a 3.84 GPA as an exercise science major, played in all 31 games with 13 starts and averaged 2.2 points and 3.7 rebounds per contest. She poured in a season-high 10 points on the road at Rice (12/4) and registered a career-high nine rebounds twice, including in the Blazers' WAC tournament win over Seattle U (3/11).

The 2024-25 Academic All-District® Women's Basketball teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes women's basketball honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.

Academic Eligibility Criteria:
Academic eligibility minimums: An undergraduate student-athlete must have at least a 3.50 cumulative grade point average (on a 4.0 scale).
A graduate student-athlete must have at least a 3.50 cumulative grade point average (on a 4.0 scale) as both an undergraduate and a grad student unless they are in their first semester as a graduate student and don't have an established graduate GPA.
The cumulative grade point average may not be rounded up to 3.50.

Athletic Requirements:
Basketball student-athletes must compete in 90 percent of the total number of institution's games played OR must start in at least 66 percent of the institution's total number of games played.
