Utah Tech came away with a sixth-place team finish at the Visit Stockton Pacific Invitational, which completed play on Saturday at The Reserve at Spanos Park in Stockton, Calif.

The Trailblazers got off to a great start in Thursday's opening round, during which they combined to fire 10-under on the back nine to stand in fourth place at minus-8 280.

However Utah Tech came back on Friday with a 5-over 293 to drop to seventh, but managed to climb back up one spot to sixth on Saturday thanks to a 2-over 290 to finish at minus-1 863.

Host Pacific (276-263-278) blistered its hometown course and finished with a combined 47-under par 817 to win the team title by 20 shots over runner-up Colorado (276-276-285-837; -27).Â

Senior
Tanner Telford and sophomore
Frank Miao paced the Trailblazers as the duo tied for 17
th-overall at minus 4 212. Telford opened with a bogey-free 4-under 68, which he followed with a 1-under 71 on Friday and a 1-over 73 on Saturday.

Meanwhile, Miao recorded three par of better rounds on the weekend, starting with an opening 71 and an even par 72 on his second loop. The sophomore then closed with five birdies as part of a 3-under 69, which helped him vault 10 spots on the player leaderboard.Â
Junior
Jackson Rhees (74-73-73) wound up in a seven-way tie for 48
th at plus-4 220, followed by freshman
David Liechty (69-77-76) in t-62
nd at plus-6 222, and junior
Ashton McArthur (72-77-75) joined five others tied for 70
th at plus-8 224.Â

Utah Tech will close out its 2025 fall slate at the Hawai'i Kapolei Invitational. The two-day, 54-hole event will be played on Nov. 5-6, at the Kapolei Golf Club.
