(St. George, Utah - July 2, 2024) - The Utah Tech volleyball team released its 2024 schedule on Tuesday.
The Trailblazers will get the season started with the Navy vs. Red scrimmage on Aug. 15 before an exhibition match at UNLV on Aug. 24.
The regular season gets underway the following weekend at the Weber State Wildcat Invitational with three matches. Utah Tech will take on host Weber State along with Denver twice after competing at the tournament in 2023.
The following weekend will take the Trailblazers to the state of Washington facing off against Cal State Fullerton and host Gonzaga in Spokane.
Heading out east, Utah Tech will face host College of Charleston as well as Middle Tennessee and Robert Morris before wrapping up non-conference action with a pair of home-and-home matches against Northern Arizona on Sept. 19 and Sept. 21.
The Trailblazers open their 16-match WAC slate at home with a pair of matches at Burns Arena hosting Abilene Christian and Tarleton State.
The month of October opens up on the road at Utah Valley and Southern Utah and returns home to take on Grand Canyon and California Baptist.
The Blazers take a quick road trip to UT Arlington on the third Saturday of October before returning home to host Southern Utah on Oct. 21.
A weekend trip back to Texas takes UT to Abilene Christian and Tarleton State with the month of October wrapping up back at home on Halloween against Seattle U along with taking on Utah Valley on Nov. 2.
The final three road matches of the regular season see the Trailblazers travel to Grand Canyon (Nov. 7), California Baptist (Nov. 9) and Seattle U (Nov. 14) before the regular season wraps up with Senior Day against UT Arlington on Nov. 16.
The 2024 WAC Tournament will be hosted by UT Arlington on Nov. 21-23 at the College Park Center.
