Nana Asiata was named to the OUTRIGGER Invitational All-Tournament team.
Asiata led the Trailblazers in kills in two of the Trailblazers three matches on the week notching 12 kills against Hawaii on Thursday and matched her season high with 16 kills on Friday night in a five-set win over UC San Diego.
She added eight kills on Sunday afternoon against Loyola Marymount to hit .206 in the tournament and chipped in five blocks & seven digs over the three matches.
On the season, Asiata ranks fourth in the Big Sky in kills (73) & kills per set (3.32) and is fourth on the team with 14.0 blocks.
It is her second all-tournament honor of the season after also being named to the Utah Valley Invitational All-Tournament team last week.
The Trailblazers are back in action this weekend at the UC Irvine Invitational facing San Jose State (4-2) on Friday & UC Irvine (1-5) on Saturday at the Bren Events Center.
