The Western Athletic Conference announced on Sunday morning the official bracket and pairings for the 2024 Hercules Tires WAC Women's Basketball Tournament, which will be played in Las Vegas at the Orleans Arena this upcoming Wednesday-through-Saturday, March 13-16. 

Utah Tech (18-13/12-8 WAC; -1.1756 pts), which is making its second-consecutive "WAC Vegas" appearance, was awarded the fourth seed in the tournament and a first round bye into Thursday's quarterfinal round.  
 
The Trailblazers will await the winner of Wednesday's first round match-up between No. 5 seed UT Arlington (15-15/11-9 WAC; -1.915 pts) and No. 8 seed Southern Utah (8-21/6-14 WAC; -9.030 pts), which will be played at 12 noon (PT).  
 
Utah Tech's Thursday quarterfinal game against either UTA or SUU is set to tip-off on Thursday at 12 noon (PT). 
 
Wednesday's other opening round game will pit No. 6 seed Abilene Christian (14-15/10-10 WAC; -5.055 pts) against No. 7 seed Tarleton State (10-19/7-13 WAC; -7.960 pts) on Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. (PT). 
 
The winner of that game will advance on to face No. 3 seed Stephen F. Austin (20-11/14-6 WAC; 1.399 pts) in Thursday's second quarterfinal game at 2:30 p.m. (PT).
 
California Baptist (26-3/18-2 WAC; 7.428 pts) won the WAC regular season title and earned the top seed in the conference tournament, while runner-up Grand Canyon (24-7/16-4 WAC; 4.809 pts) is the No. 2 seed. 
 
Both of those teams earned a double-bye and will not play until the semifinal round on Friday, with the first semifinal game tipping off at 12 noon (PT), followed by semifinal game No. 2 at 2:30 p.m. (PT). 
 
All preliminary round games of the 2024 Hercules Tires WAC Women's Basketball Tournament will be streamed live on ESPN+, and the women's championship game will air live on ESPNU on Saturday morning at 10:30 a.m. (PT).
