Utah Tech Swimming continues the fall portion of its 2024-25 competition schedule this weekend by hosting the Fourth-Annual Trailblazer Invitational.

The three-day meet will be held this Thursday-through-Saturday at the Utah Tech HPC Pool. The meet will begin each day with morning preliminary sessions at 10 a.m., followed by evening finals sessions at 5 p.m.Â

The Trailblazers will swim against fellow WAC foes California Baptist and Northern Colorado, along with teams from UC Davis, UC San Diego, UC Santa Barbara, CSU Bakersfield, Fresno State, Pacific, Pepperdine and San Diego. In addition, CBU, UCD, UCSB, CSUB and Pacific will compete in a five-team men's meet.

COACHING STAFF:Â Utah Tech alumnusÂ
Shawn King is in his second season as head coach of the Trailblazer program.  Â
        In his first season poolside at Utah Tech, he guided the team to its second fastest season in school history, breaking seven school records, while collecting three All-WAC honors. In addition, the Trailblazers combined to post 75% life best times in competed events during the season.
Utah Tech also performed in the classroom, as the team earned CSCAA Division I Scholar All-America honors with a cumulative 3.79 GPA.
