Utah Tech University women's golf coach Lindsey Stucki announced on Wednesday the signing Arizona prep golfer Riley Doherty to a National Letter of Intent to join the Trailblazer program ahead of the 2024-25 season. 
 
"I am very excited to sign Riley for the Class of 2024," Coach Stucki said. "I have had the pleasure of getting to know Riley and her family during the recruiting process and I'm confident she will fit right into our program. 
 
"She is a hard worker and has the tools to be a fantastic college player and contribute to what we are building here at Utah Tech," Stucki added. 

Doherty (Cave Creek, Ariz.) is a four-year varsity letter winner in golf at Cactus Shadows High School, where she helped lead the Falcons to four-straight district championships and a pair of Arizona Division 2 state titles.
 
This past fall, Doherty tied for 10^th at the 2023 state championships, and last spring she won the 2023 JGAA Betsy King IMG World Junior Qualifier tournament.
