ALL-TIME VS. WESTERN OREGON: Friday's game marks the sixth meeting between Dixie State and Western Oregon. The Trailblazers earned a 97-85 victory in the inaugural matchup on Nov. 19, 2010, in Monmouth, Oregon. The win sparked a three-game win streak for DSU in the series, winning in 2011 (83-76, St. George, Utah) and again in 2013 (88-78, Las Vegas, Nevada). WOU earned its first victory in the series on Dec. 18, 2014, a 66-53 win at the Orleans Arena in Las Vegas, before claiming an 81-70 triumph in Monmouth last season. Dixie State holds a 3-2 series lead.

ALL-TIME VS. SAINT MARTIN'S: Saturday's game marks the third matchup between Dixie State and Saint Martin's, although the squads still have not met on either team's home floor. The teams first met in a neutral-site game at Western Oregon on Nov. 20, 2010. The Trailblazers earned a 70-56 win in the inaugural matchup, before claiming an 81-74 win at Western Oregon last season. Dixie State leads the overall series, 2-0.

KNOW YOUR FOE: Western Oregon enters the weekend with an 0-2 overall record after dropping a 51-47 decision at Cal State East Bay, followed by a 77-65 loss to Academy of Art.

Olivia Denton leads the Wolves in scoring and rebounding, averaging 12.0 points and 8.0 rebounds per game. Natalie DeLonge sits on the double-digit scoring bubble with 9.0 points and 5.5 rebounds per game.

Like Dixie State, Saint Martin's enters the weekend with a 1-0 overall record. The Saints defeated Pacific Lutheran, 71-63, on November 7 in their lone regular season matchup to date.

Three SMU players finished in double-figures in the contest, including Saniah Simpson (20 points), Makenna Schultz (20 points), and Claire Dingus (10 points).  Dingus also finished with a double-double after pulling down a game-high 17 rebounds.
