(Kotka, Finland - Aug. 15, 2025) - Former Trailblazer guard Beon Riley has signed a professional contract with the KTP Kotka Basketball Club in Finland.
 
Riley, who closed out his five-year collegiate career playing his final two seasons as a Trailblazer, played in 53 career games as a Trailblazer totaling 634 points and 352 rebounds.

Riley's career averages of 12.0 points and 6.6 rebounds saw him finish 10th and sixth, respectively in program history.

"Beon is a versatile wing who will be used in the third and fourth positions. He has also played the second position and last season even played the fifth position when his team had foul or injury problems," said head coach Darko Mihajlovic.

After spending his first three seasons at Hawai'i, Riley averaged 13.0 points and 7.6 rebounds per game as a senior in 2024-25 to rank in the top 15 in the WAC in both categories.

Leading the Trailblazers in scoring in eight games and reaching double figures in 21 contests, Riley was also strong on the boards topping the team in rebounds in 20 contests and tallied nine double-figure rebounds contests.

Riley also ranked in the top 15 in the WAC as a senior in double-doubles (4th, 9), total rebounds (5th, 221), free throw attempts (8th, 142), minutes played per game (11th, 29.6) and total points (14th, 378).

KTP Kotka finished 2024-25 with a 4-18 mark finishing 11th in the 12-team Korisliiga, the top Finnish basketball league.

They open the 2025-26 season on Oct. 3 at Kataja.
