Utah Tech visits the capital of the Gem State for back-to-back matches at Boise State and against the College of Idaho on Sunday. This is the Trailblazers' first visit to Idaho during this dual season, but their second and third time facing an Idaho-based squad as UT fell to Idaho State 5-2 on Feb. 14 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

A GLANCE AT BOISE STATE
The Broncos host Utah Tech after splitting a road trip last week in Minnesota. BSU fell to the Golden Gophers on Saturday (5-2) and bested St. Thomas 6-1 on Sunday. Boise State has swept seven opponents this season, including Weber State, Idaho State, Lewis-Clark State, Gonzaga, Linfield, College of Idaho and Eastern Washington. The Broncos' two losses have come on the road at Washington State (1-6) and Minnesota (2-5). BSU enters Sunday's match at second in the Mountain West with an .857 winning percentage.

Freshman Maya Dutta is the reigning Mountain West Women's Player and Freshman of the Week after going a perfect 4-0 at then-No. 52 Minnesota and St. Thomas.

This will be Utah Tech's first visit to Boise State as a Division I program. All-time, Boise State leads the series 3-0, winning the most recent matchup 7-0 in Salt Lake City in 2021.

Following Sunday's contest, Boise State will begin conference play by hosting No. 66 Fresno State on Friday, March 14.

A GLANCE AT COLLEGE OF IDAHO
The Yotes face Utah Tech on a four-game losing streak, with three of those losses being 7-0 sweeps. COI's lone win of the season was at Linfield (6-1) on Feb. 8. The Yotes are members of the Great Southwest Athletic Conference (GSAC) and affiliated with the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA).

Utah Tech leads the all-time series with College of Idaho 1-0. The two schools previously faced off in 2021 in Pocatello, Idaho, where the Trailblazers earned a 7-0 sweep.

Following Sunday night's match, the Yotes will play at Stanton in Anaheim, California, on Monday, March 24.

LAST TIME OUT
Utah Tech women's tennis swept Colorado Mesa 7-0 on Friday at Trailblazer Tennis Courts. The Trailblazers earned their first win of the season, dropping just two sets the entire day. Junior Raquel Roshak earned the Trailblazers' seventh point with a come-from-behind win at the number six singles spot. After dropping the first set 3-6, Roshak battled back to take the second set 6-2 and win the match with a 6-4 third set.
