MSOC – Campoli Named to TDS Top 100 Freshmen

(St. George - Dec. 30, 2025) – Utah Tech's Luca Campoli was named to the TopDrawerSoccer Men's College Postseason Top 100 Freshmen, as announced by TDS following the conclusion of the College Cup.

The goalkeeper from Woodbridge, Ontario, Canada, is the first Trailblazer in program history to make the prestigious list, honoring the nation's top 100 freshmen in Division I soccer. 

Coming in at 77th, Campoli was named the 2025 WAC Goalkeeper of the Year and earned First Team All-WAC and WAC All-Freshman Team honors. He made his collegiate debut on Sept. 12, earning a combined shutout with an injured Stockton Short. Campoli went on to start the final 11 matches, logging a 2.13 goals against average with a .597 save percentage. 

In conference play, Campoli led the WAC in saves (27) and save percentage (.771), while tying for first in shutouts (2) and second in goals against average (1.14). He tallied a career-high eight saves in a 2-1 win at No. 25 California Baptist on Oct. 26. Campoli was named WAC Goalkeeper of the Week on Oct. 14 and 28.

Utah Tech men's soccer is set to join the Mountain West Conference as an affiliate member in time for the 2026-27 academic year. It will be the program's seventh season at the Division I level.
