The Red Storm couldn't quite shake the Sea Lions in the 3rd set. DSC was in control of the match from the onset. Tonight's team appeared to be a different squad than their performance last night against California Baptist where DSC lost in four games.

All the offense for Point Loma Nazarene went through Kelli LeClair with 15 kills and Delaney McCraney who added 12 kills.  Nicole Eiler was solid defensively and hadded a game-high 37 digs.

Coach Robyn Felder said, “we really focused on our mental game tonight and we came out with a plan and we executed really well.”

Dixie State finished the match with nine team blocks with Makenzi Bird (Saint George, UT/Snow Canyon ) collecting five block assists.

The Red Storm improve to 4-7 overall and 2-5 in the PacWest. The Sea Lions drop to 5-8 overall and 1-3 in the PacWest.

Dixie State will travel next week to Point Loma Nazarene on Friday and California Baptist on Saturday.
