Ethan Potter was named the WAC Player of the Week for the fourth time this season on Monday afternoon, the conference office announced.
Potter is coming off a strong week with his 24th and 25th double-digit scoring performances of the season on the week.
He led the Trailblazers in scoring on Thursday night at UT Arlington recording his sixth double-double leading the team with 16 points and 11 rebounds to go along with two blocks, two steals and an assist.
Two days later on Saturday at Tarleton State, the senior forward added 17 points, six rebounds, two blocks, two assists and a steal in a 80-72 win over the Texans at the EECU Center.
Potter shot 59.1 percent (13-22) from the field, including going 7-for-10 against the Texans, and went a perfect 5-for-5 from the free throw line on the week.
This is Potter's fourth weekly WAC award of the season after also being named WAC Player of the Week on Dec. 1, Dec. 22 & Jan. 20.
The Trailblazers are back home on Thursday night hosting Abilene Christian (13-14, 5-9 WAC) at 7 p.m. at Burns Arena.
