Utah Tech Athletics and the Big Sky Conference unveiled the Trailblazers' 2027 nine-game league football schedule on Tuesday afternoon.

The Trailblazers will play three of their first Big Sky games at home inside Greater Zion Stadium, and their first four conference games overall in the Beehive State, beginning with a Sept. 25 date vs. Portland State.

Then after a quick trip north up I-15 for its annual "Battle For the Ax" showdown at Southern Utah (10/2), Utah Tech will play host to UC Davis (10/9) and in-state foe Weber State (10/16).

The Blazers will then alternate home and away dates the rest of the way, starting with a road game at Montana State on Oct. 23, followed by a home match-up vs. Cal Poly one week later on Oct. 30

Utah Tech begins the final month of the regular season on the road at Idaho on Nov. 6, before closing out the 2027 home slate vs. Montana on Nov. 13. The Trailblazers will wrap up the regular season one week later at Northern Arizona on Nov. 20.

Utah Tech will announce its full 2027 football schedule at a later date, while game times for all 12 games next season have yet to be determined.
