(Sacramento, Calif. - Nov. 14, 2025) - The Trailblazer cross country teams wrapped up the season on Friday morning at the NCAA West Regional Championships hosted at the Haggin Oaks Golf Complex.

The women got the morning started with the 6K with a pair of Trailblazers finishing in the top 100 led by redshirt junior Makayla Pitcher posting a time of 21:43.9 to finish 98th overall.

Junior Averie Perriton and sophomore Hailee Phillips were right behind Pitcher coming in 100th (21:44.6) and 101st (21:46.9), respectively.

Rounding out the finishers on the women's side were Adri Bird (137th, 22:10.5), Kambrie Wilkinson (186th, 22:38.9) and Makayla Boulton (194th, 22:54.7).

The women finished 20th overall as a team scoring 622 points.

For a second straight year, Stanford and Oregon earned the automatic berths to the NCAA Championships with the Cardinal winning the race with 66 points and the Ducks posting 75 points.

On the men's side, junior Ryan Hatch notched the second-fastest 10K time program history clocking a time of 31:10.7 to finish 86th overall. Hatch previously set the 10K program mark at last year's NCAA West Regional Championships.

Freshman Mordechai Yadegar and junior Dawson Leffler also notched top 10 marks in program history in the 10K finishing 114th (31:41.9) and 152nd (32:26.1), respectively.

The final three finishers for the Trailblazers were Collin Manning (154th, 32:27.3), Grayson Peterson (168th, 32:58.4) and Rex Martin (189th, 33:55.3).

The men came in 24th overall as a team scoring 657 points. Oregon won the title with 55 points and California Baptist (95 pts.) earned the second automatic berth on the men's side.
