Utah Tech head baseball coach
Chris Pfatenhauer unveiled the Trailblazers' 2025 schedule on Friday.
The Blazers' 2025 slate of games features 32 home games at Bruce Hurst Field. The 32 home games are most in their current NCAA Division I era, and the second-most in the program's four-year era (33 in 2009) overall.
The schedule also features match-ups against three 2024 NCAA Regional teams, and four games against Power-4 conference schools.
"We are thrilled to be playing 32 home games, and having the opportunity to play games against eight first9time opponents this upcoming season," Pfatenhauer said. "Being able to attract more high-profile programs to come here and play us not only benefits our and program and university, but the also the City of St. George as well. We are excited to continue the tradition of playing all three in-state schools, including home-and-home games against both BYU and Utah, in addition to our home conference series against Utah Valley."
In addition, the upcoming 2025 season is not only Utah Tech's fifth Division I season overall, it will also mark the first season that the Trailblazers are eligible for NCAA postseason play.
