Fans can also watch the game online at the Colorado School of Mines Stretch Internet Portal (portal.stretchinternet.com/csm/).

ALL-TIME VS. AFCA RANKED OPPONENTS: The Trailblazers are 2-16 all-time in matchups against ranked opponents, securing its second win over a ranked opponent at Trailblazer Stadium last November 3 in a 52-45 thriller against No. 6 Colorado School of Mines. DSU claimed its first win over a ranked opponent in a 38-31 victory over No. 23 Colorado Mesa in Grand Junction in 2016.

ALL-TIME VS. COLORADO SCHOOL OF MINES: Saturday's game marks the fourth matchup between Dixie State and Colorado School of Mines. The Orediggers used 34 second-half points to spoil DSU's homecoming festivities with a 62-27 triumph in 2016, before claiming a 19-17 win in 2017 in a nailbiter in Golden, Colorado. Dixie State countered with a thrilling 52-45 win over the sixth-ranked Orediggers in St. George in 2018 for its first win of the series. CSM holds a 2-1 series lead, including a 1-0 mark in Golden.

KNOW YOUR FOE: Colorado School of Mines enters Saturday's game as the No. 8 team in the NCAA Division II ranks, sporting an undefeated 9-0 overall mark and an 8-0 record in RMAC play.

The Orediggers lead the RMAC in nearly every statistical category, including scoring (43.7 ppg), total offense (499.8 ypg), total defense (235.4 ypg), rushing offense (257.6 ypg), and rushing defense (47.2 ypg).

Behind a tough offensive line, running back Michael Zeman has powered the CSM offense in recent weeks, rushing for 619 yards and seven touchdowns in the last two games. Zeman set a Mines single-game record with 321 yards rushing and four touchdowns last week against South Dakota Mines.

Quarterback John Matocha leads the CSM passing attack, and has completed 180 passes for 1,992 yards and 21 touchdowns. His favorite targets include Sean O'Dell (42 rec/337 yards/2 TD), Mason Karp (40 rec/292  yards/1 TD), and Josh Johnston (36 rec/633 yards/10 TD).

The Orediggers boast the No. 3 defense in Division II, allowing just 235.4 total yards and 47.2 rushing yards per game. Safety Kobe Brewster leads the team with 46 tackles and three interceptions, while defensive lineman Luke Jeter leads the Orediggers with 11.0 tackles for loss and 7.5 sacks.

SPORTSCENTER TOP PLAY: Trailblazer Football made its first-ever appearance on ESPN SporstCenter's Top-10 Plays on Saturday, earning the No. 1 play.  Kaejin Smith Bejgrowicz and J.T. Anderson teamed up for a "tip-drill" interception in which Smith-Bejgrowicz jumped to make an interception, but had to toss it back to Anderson because he would have landed out of bounds. The play was also named as the NCAA Division II Football Top Play, and was featured on CBS Sports Network and received hundreds of thousands of views on social media.

MAKING THE GRADE: Senior defensive back Alex Lilliard (3.30 Recreation and Sport Management) was named to the RMAC Academic First Team. Six others were named to the RMAC Honor Roll, including seniors Dylan Douglass (3.31 GPA, Criminal Justice), Sei-J Lauago (3.37 GPA, Criminal Justice), and Joshua Partida (3.44 GPA, Criminal Justice), and sophomores Augustus Fraser (3.34 GPA, Nursing), Gage Manzione (3.65 GPA, Exercise Science), and Kyle Whitesides (3.49 GPA, Social Science Composite Teaching).

LAST TIME OUT: Dixie State rallied for a 42-32 win over Colorado Mesa inside Trailblazer Stadium on Saturday.

THERE'S JUST SOMETHING ABOUT THE SECOND HALF: The Trailblazers improved to 4-2 on the season when trailing at halftime, erasing a 21-7 deficit against the Mavericks. Dixie State erupted for 361 yards of total offense and 35 points over the final two quarters to earn the victory. DSU is currently outscoring opponents by a 201-74 mark in the second half, including a 114-21 advantage in the third quarter.

RUSHING KING: Senior running back Sei-J Lauago became the DSU career rushing touchdowns leader when he broke free for an 81-yard touchdown in the fourth quarter of Saturday's 42-32 win over Colorado Mesa. The run, his 18th career rushing touchdown, pushed him past Dejon Coleman atop the list. Lauago, who has rushed for 2,327 career yards, is also the DSU career rushing yards leader.

BREAKING THE CENTURY MARK: Junior receiver Jalen Powell posted a career high 127 yards and two touchdowns on eight catches on Saturday, marking the sixth overall and third consecutive game with a DSU receiver eclipsing the century mark.

PRECISE PATs: Junior kicker James Baird set a new DSU single-season record for successful point-after tries on Saturday, connecting on four PATs to push his season tally to 37. Baird has also connected on 8-of-9 field goal attempts.

LEADING THE LEAGUE: Dixie State leads the RMAC with 36 sacks. Redshirt sophomore defensive lineman Dylan Hendrickson ranks second in the league with 10 sacks.

MAKING HISTORY: Aaron Simpson became the DSU single-season and career interception return yards leader on September 28, snagging two more interceptions to go with 56 return yards to push his season total to 138 yards. Simpson is also the DSU single-game interception return yards leader after racking up 82 return yards at New Mexico Highlands on September 21.

The Trailblazers' 55-0 victory over NMHU on September 21 marked the first complete shutout in DSU's 14-year NCAA era. The victory also set a new Trailblazer mark for the largest margin of victory, breaking the previous margin of 42 points against Adams State last year.

The Trailblazers' 23-14 win over Fort Lewis on September 14 marked DSU's first win in a road-opener since joining the NCAA Division II ranks in 2006.

A record-setting 6,512 fans packed Trailblazer Stadium on September 7 to watch DSU take on CSU-Pueblo. The mark snapped the previous single-game attendance record of 5,498 set last year against Fort Lewis.

UP NEXT: Dixie State returns to Trailblazer Stadium next Saturday for a Senior Day matchup and regular season finale against Adams State. Kickoff is set for 1 p.m.
