Storm men shutout to end 2013 season

3-0 loss to CBU on the road closes DSU careers for Walters, Cook, Potocki

RIVERSIDE, Calif. – The 2013 season men's soccer season ended for Dixie State University with a 3-0 loss in Pacific West Conference play to California Baptist on Saturday afternoon.

The Red Storm (2-11-3/1-9-2 PacWest) were outshot 23-6 on the match and fell behind 2-0 on a pair of goals 1:41 into the match from the Lancers (10-5-1/9-3).

Braeden Pilcher had two of the three CBU goals while Alex Anderson scored the other goal and had one assist.

Bobby Schwarzkopf (Glendale, AZ/Deer Valley) led Dixie State with two shots. In his final DSU match, Tyler Walters (Ogden, UT/Ben Lomand) made four saves in goal.
