PHOENIX, AZ  - The Red Storm used two second half goals to secure a draw with Colorado State Pueblo in a non-conference game at Grand Canyon University.

Trailing at the half 1-0, CSUP (0-2-1) added their second goal in the 49th minute to take a 2-0 advantage.

The Red Storm (0-2-2) answered with two goals in a three minutes span. The first came at 65:08 on a pass from KImberly Thurman who found Kristin Page (Centerville, UT/Viewmont) who found the goal from the right side.

The Red Storm answered at 68:04 when Megan Marchbanks (Springville, UT/Springville) passed from the center box and found Jennifer Mason (Springville, UT/Springville).

The glaring figure for Dixie State was the 42-11 shot advantage they had over CSUP and not being able to find the back of the net more often. The two teams playd the final 50 minutes in a draw.

Abby Johnson (Escondido, CA/Mission Hills) was in goal for the Red Storm and recored two saves and Savannah Thompson stopped 12 DSC shots for CSUP.
