SAN FRANCISCO, California-The Dixie State College men's soccer team ended their 2010 campaign with a 3-2 loss to Academy of Art University on Saturday morning.

The physical game saw Academy of Art earn 29 fouls to Dixie State's 13. The Urban Knights also would earn four yellow cards, two on Kyle Mannchreck. He would receive his second card with 69:45 remaining, forcing them to play the remaining twenty minutes with only ten players.

Trailing 2-0, Eudor Guizar (Battle Mountain, NV/Battle Mountain), the lone senior on the Red Storm squad, capitalized by finding the back of the net in the 79th minute cutting the Urban Knights lead to 2-1.

All for naught, only five minutes later AAU would connect on another goal and build their lead back to 3-1.

Kody Hunter (Hooper, UT/Fremont) would add a final Red Storm goal in the 88th minute that deflected off the defense and into the net.

Despite outshooting the Urban Knights 9-8 for the match, the Red Storm would drop to 8-9-1 overall and 7-6-1 in the PacWest. AAU improves to 8-10 overall and 7-7 in conference play.
