Traedon Chamberlain

Traedon Chamberlain is in his second year as Assistant Athletics Director - Game Operations and Facilities at Utah Tech.

Chamberlain is responsible for scheduling and coordinating the use of all athletic facilities at Utah Tech, managing reservations for practices, games and special events. He oversees the setup and breakdown of all home athletic events, ensuring venues are fully prepared and returned to standard post-event. During events, he provides on-site operational oversight, working closely with officials, visiting teams and campus partners to ensure smooth execution and compliance with NCAA, conference and institutional policies. He also plays a key role in intern supervision, emergency preparedness, inventory management and continuous improvement of event operations to support a safe and professional environment for student-athletes, staff and fans.

Prior to starting his current position in August of 2024, Chamberlain worked as a Game Operations Intern for the Trailblazers from 2021 to 2024. 

Chamberlain played soccer for Utah Tech during the 2018 and 2021-2023 seasons. The 6-foot-3 defender totaled over 2,000 minutes on the pitch and scored a game-winning goal against Fort Lewis College in 2018.

A native of Sandy, Utah, Chamberlain earned a bachelor’s degree in Sports Management from Utah Tech University in 2024. Chamberlain is married to UT women’s basketball assistant coach Emily Chamberlain.
