Nikki Hope is proud to be part of Utah Tech Athletics as the Director of Sales for Trailblazer Sports Properties. Hope is responsible for driving sponsorship sales through identifying new opportunities, cultivating relationships and developing tailored partnership packages.
Hope joined Utah Tech Athletics in August 2024, working as an Advancement Assistant and Trailblazer Club Coordinator. She was appointed Director of Sales in July 2025.Â
A native of Tulare, a dairy town in California’s Central Valley, Hope developed a strong appreciation for community and hard work early on. She later moved to San Diego County, where she earned an associate’s degree in business management at MiraCosta College and a certificate of business management/project management at UC San Diego Extended Studies. She also studied NGO management and received a certificate in grant writing at Fresno State University.Â
In 2006, Hope relocated to Washington State, spending 15 years there before making her home in St. George, Utah. That same year, Hope began her career in advertising and quickly discovered a passion for impactful copywriting and creative ad development, which continues to drive her professional journey today. Hope is currently working on a degree remotely in sports business at Arizona State University.
Hope is the mother of three amazing daughters: Isabella, Victoria and Paris. A Los Angeles Chargers fan, Hope’s Schnoodle is named Mr. Jack Murpy after the legendary sports writer.
