Kylie Chartier is entering her first year as a Graduate Assistant Coach at Utah Tech.
Chartier oversees the strength and conditioning needs for Utah Tech Softball, Women’s Tennis, Women’s Golf, Men’s and Women’s Cross Country, while also assisting with Football and Men’s and Women’s Track & Field. Prior to taking on the role as Graduate Assistant, Chartier served as a strength and conditioning intern at Utah Tech, gaining valuable experience in the field while coaching the Men’s and Women’s Cross Country teams.
Originally from Midland, Michigan, Chartier began powerlifting in college. She competed in the 67.5 kg Junior division and holds three USAPL Utah state records in deadlift, total, and total push-pull.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Utah Tech in 2026, and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Sport Management with an emphasis in Sport Performance at Utah Tech. She holds the NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification.
