At Dixie State 2018: Collected Third Team D2CCA and Honorable Mention AVCA All-America honors, along with RMAC Defensive Player of the Year, first team all-RMAC and D2CCA South Central Region, and AVCA Region honorable mention awards last season … was the 2018 NCAA Division II national statistical champion in blocks per set (1.56 bps) and finished the year ranked sixth-nationally in total blocks (162) … named RMAC Defensive Player of the Week four times … shattered both DSU single-season block assist (148) and total blocks records (162), and became DSU's career leader in block assists (263) and total blocks (288) … also tied DSU's single-season record for total blocks (11) vs. Colorado Mesa (9/15), at CMU (10/12) and vs. Regis (10/27) … offensively hit .220 on the season with 162 kills and had six or more kills on 13 occasions, including eight kills vs. UCCS (11/6), and posted her first career double-double with 10 kills and 11 blocks at CMU (10/12) … named to the RMAC Academic Honor Roll … 2017: Earned second team all-PacWest recognition ... started in all 28 matches in 2017 and finished the year fourth in the PWC in total blocks (119) and block assists (108), and seventh overall in solo blocks (11) ... collected five or more blocks in 12 of her 28 starts and tied DSU's single-match record for block assists with 10 vs. Point Loma (10/21) ... her 119 total blocks and 108 block assists are both second-best on DSU's single-season lists ... on the offensive side, finished second on team in kills (217) and reached double figures in kills seven times, including a career-high 21 kills in a come-from-behind five-set win at Hawai’i Pacific (9/22) … earned Academic All-PacWest honors … 2016 … Appeared in nine matches and saw time in 14 total sets … finished the year with 13 kills, seven block assists and five digs … tallied a season-high nine kills in her third collegiate match vs. Cal State Monterey Bay (9/3) and collected a season-best three digs vs. Notre Dame de Namur (10/3) … earned Academic All-PacWest honors.

At Spanish Fork High School: Was a two-time Utah 4A all-state and all-region selection ... helped lead the Dons to a 13-7 record this past season ... also earned academic all-region honors and is an honors student.

Personal: Born in Texas ... parents are Mike and Angela Gammell ... father Mike played quarterback at Dixie State ... also recruited by Southern Utah, Snow College and Salt Lake CC … played club volleyball for Club Utah … currently majoring in communication/media studies.
