At Utah Tech 2023 (Senior): Appeared in 60 sets and played in 16 matches ... started all 16 matches she played in ... ranked sixth on the team with 100 kills ... averaged 1.67 kills per set ... led the team in hitting percentage (.267) ... finished third on the team with 47.0 blocks ... ranked fourth on the team with 11 solo blocks ... added 30 digs, five service aces and three assists ... recorded a season-best 12 kills against Fresno State (9/9) ... matched her career best of 10.0 blocks at Southern Utah (11/6) ... had a career high 34 attacks vs. Fresno State (9/8) ... had a season-best two service aces against St. Mary's (8/25) ... earned Academic All-WAC honors.

At Utah Tech 2022 (Junior): Started in all 23 matches and earned second team All-WAC honors … led the Trailblazers in total blocks (89) and was third in kills (172) … registered 10 or more kills seven times, highlighted by a season-high 16 vs. Tarleton (10/6) … notched at least one block in 22 of 23 matches, including a season high eight against both New Mexico State (10/1) and Sam Houston (10/13) … earned Academic all-WAC honors. 

At Utah Tech Fall 2021 (Sophomore): Played in 22 matches played and averaged 1.78 kills per set (144 total kills) on her way to being named to the 2021 All-WAC second team … led the team in block assists (73), solo blocks (17) and total blocks (89), and posted a team-best .269 hitting percentage … posted double-digit kills four times, highlighted by a career-high 19 kills in a t3-1 road win against CBU (10/7) … had 90 blocks registering one in 20 of 22 matches ... had a career-high 10 blocks against Utah Valley (10/16) ... had a career high 33 attacks at Sam Houston (10/13) … earned Academic all-WAC honors.

At Utah Tech Spring 2021 (Freshman): Started in 15 of 17 matches played and averaged 1.87 kills per set (103 total kills) with a .329 attack percentage (4th in the WAC regular season) on her way to WAC all-Freshman Team honors … posted nine or more kills four times, highlighted by a career-high 17 kills in a three-set home sweep of UTRGV (2/2) … only had 26 total attack errors in 234 total chances … registered at least one total block in all 17 matches, including a career-high nine total blocks vs. UTRGV (2/2) … earned Academic all-WAC honors.  
 
Before Utah Tech: Was a four-year varsity starter at Fruitland High School, where she led the Grizzlies in both kills and blocks all four years ... was a three-time first team all-state and conference player of the year pick ... helped guide the Grizzlies two a pair of conference titles and one state runner-up finish ... was an Idaho Press-Treasure Valley Player of the Year finalist and was a three-time time MVP ... won the Senior Class Sportsmanship Award ... carried a 4.0 GPA throughout her prep career and served as Class Valedictorian … played club volleyball for the Idaho Crush. 

More on Kate: Born in Bakersfield, California ... parents are Dave and Sarah Hardy ... also recruited by Utah State, Eastern Oregon and Snow College ... favorite team is the United States National Women’s Volleyball Team ... currently majoring in dental hygiene.
