Biography
At Dixie State 2018: Sat out the season as a redshirt … 2017: Saw time in nine matches and 11 total sets … tallied 11 kills, four aces, one dig and one total block … collected a career-high three kills vs. Academy of Art (11/12) … earned Academic All-PacWest honors.
At Thatcher High School: Earned three varsity letters in volleyball and was part of two Arizona Division 4 state championship teams in 2014 and 2015 … helped lead the Eagles to a 13-3 record as a senior … was a two-time first team all-section and all-division selection and earned division MVP honors in 2015 … also lettered in basketball as helped lead THS to the 2015 2A state title.
Personal: Born in Safford, Arizona ... parents are Brandon and Stacey Lunt … husband’s name is Luke … also recruited by Arizona, New Mexico State, Utah State and Southern Utah ... played club volleyball for the Gila Valley Juniors … currently majoring in exercise science.
Why I chose Dixie State: “I chose Dixie because it was the perfect fit for me. From being raised in a small town I wanted to go somewhere that resembles home for me, and St. George was perfect. It wasn’t too big but bigger than home and still had that small town feeling. And the volleyball program is pretty good.”
