At Utah Tech 2025 Outdoor (Sophomore): Named Second Team All-WAC for finishing seventh in the 400 meters with a time of 56.53 at the WAC Outdoor Championships … also posted a 25.66 in the prelims of the 200 meters to place 21st at the WAC Outdoor Championships … set the all-time Utah Tech outdoor records in the 400 meters (54.79), 800 meters (2:09.94) and 4x100-meter relay (46.29) … won the 400 meters (54.79), placed fifth in the 200 meters (24.58) and third in both the 4x100-meter (46.29) and 4x400-meter relays (3:50.72) at the Utah Tech Invitational … claimed the 800 meter title with a school-record time of 2:09.94 and finished fifth in the 4x100-meter relay (47.19) at the UNLV Rebel ELITE … helped the Trailblazers to the 4x400-meter relay title (3:49.91) and finished second in the 400 meters (55.71) and 4x100-meter relay (46.29) at the CSU Fullerton-hosted Fullerton Friday Night Lights … was victorious in the 400 meters (55.74) and took third in the 200 meters (24.85) and second in the 4x400-meter relay (3:49.60) at the SUU Coliseum Championships ... earned Academic All-WAC honors.

At Utah Tech 2025 Indoor (Sophomore): Earned Second Team All-WAC honors and set all-time Utah Tech indoor records in the 400 meters (55.55, sixth), 4x400-meter relay (3:49.57, fifth) and distance medley relay (12:07.02, fifth) at the WAC Indoor Championships … also posted a season-best 60 meters (7.90) in the preliminaries at the WAC Indoor Championships … placed second in the 400 meters (56.59) and fifth in the 4x400-meter relay (3:59.57) at the Idaho State-hosted Snake River Open … finished second in the 800 meters with a season-best time of 2:14.82, which ranks third all-time in Utah Tech indoor history, and third in the 4x400-meters (3:53.37) at the Northern Arizona-hosted Ron Mann Classic … took second in the 400 meters (56.17) and ran a season-best time of 25.12 in the 200 meters, which ranks second all-time in Utah Tech indoor history, at the ISU-hosted Mountain State Games … named Academic All-WAC.

At Utah Tech 2024 Outdoor (FRESHMAN): Named second-team all-WAC with a seventh-place finish in the 4x100-meter relay (46.45) and eighth-place finish in the 4x400-meter relay (3:49.18) at the WAC Outdoor Championships ... competed in both the 200 meters (25.46) and the 400 meters (56.54) at the WAC Outdoor Championships setting a new program record in the 400 meters ... took fourth in the 400 meters at the BYU Robison Invitational clocking a time of 57.34 ... won the 400 meters at the SUU Coliseum Championships as the only runner to break the 57-second mark posting a time of 56.61 ... placed first in the 400 meters at the Vince O'Boyle Track and Field Classic with a time of 56.93 ... opened the season at the Utah Tech Invitational with a fourth-place finish in the 400 meters (57.93) and a sixth-place finish in the 200 meters (25.04) ... earned Academic All-WAC honors.

At Utah Tech 2024 Indoor (FRESHMAN): Earned second-team all-WAC honors after finishing seventh in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:50.66 at the WAC Indoor Championships ... competed in six meets ... raced in both the 200 meters (25.67) and 400 meters (56.99) at the WAC Indoor Championships ... finished third in the 400 meter finals with a time of 56.84 at the Mountain State Games while running a season-best & program record time of 56.58 in the prelims ...  won the 400 meters at the Ron Mann Classic clocking a time of 56.98 ... placed sixth in the 400 meters (58.20) at the NAU Lumberjack Team Challenge ... posted a time of 59.16 in the 400 meters at the BYU Cougar Invitational ... opened the indoor season at the BYU December Invitational competing in the 300 meters recording a time of 42.03 ... earned Academic All-WAC honors.

At Blackfoot High School:

Personal: Exercise Science major ... goals for this season are to have fun and run fast ... she wears the same socks on the same feet for every race, wears the same hair tie every race & eats the same meal before every race ... favorite food is alfredo pasta ... parents are Todd and Tiffany Christiansen.
