At Utah Tech 2025 Outdoor (Junior): Named Second Team All-WAC in the 400-meter hurdles after placing seventh with a time of 1:02.65 at the WAC Outdoor Championships … competed at five meets … ran season bests in the 400 meters (55.71, third), 100-meter hurdles (14.23), 400-meter hurdles (59.68, second) and 4x100-meter relay (46.94, fourth), while placing third in the 4x400-meter relay (3:50.72) at the Utah Tech Invitational … posted a season best in the 4x400-meter relay (3:49.60, second) and won the 400-meter hurdles (1:01.43) at the SUU Coliseum Championships … helped the Trailblazer claim the 4x400-meter relay title (3:49.91) at the CSU Fullerton-hosted Fullerton Friday Night Lights.

At Utah Tech 2025 Indoor (Junior): Earned Second Team All-WAC honors in the 400 meters (56.32, eighth) and 4x400-meter relay, taking fifth with a time of 3:49.57, which set the all-time Utah Tech indoor record … additionally, set season bests in the preliminaries of the 200 meters (25.56, 19th) and 400 meters (56.05, seventh), and competed in the 60-meter hurdles prelims (8.99, 12th) at the WAC Indoor Championships … logged top finishes in the 400 meters (58.33, eighth), 60-meter hurdles (9.05, sixth) and 4x400-meter relay (3:59.57, fifth) at the Idaho State-hosted Snake River Open … notched a season best in the 800 meters (2:21.02) and placed third in the 4x400-meter relay (3:53.37) at the Northern Arizona-hosted Ron Mann Classic … took third in the 60-meter hurdles (season-best 8.88) and seventh in the 400 meters (58.06) at the ISU-hosted Mountain State Games.

At Utah Tech 2024 Outdoor (Sophomore): Earned first-team all-WAC honors with a third-place finish in the 400 meter hurdles setting a new program record with a time of 58.85 at the WAC Outdoor Championships scoring six points for the Trailblazers ... Named second-team all-WAC after finishing eighth in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:49.18 at the WAC Outdoor Championships ... clocked a time of 14.30 in the 100 meter hurdles at the WAC Outdoor Championships for the ninth-fastest time in the prelims ... finished fifth in the 400 meters at the Utah Tech Invitational with a time of 57.97 ... took seventh in the finals of the 100 meter hurdles at the BYU Robison Invitational with a season-best time of 14.12 ... placed fourth in the 100 meter hurdles at the BYU Robison Invitational (1:01.68) ... notched a pair of top-six finishes at the SUU Coliseum Championships checking in third in the 400 meter hurdles (1:02.20) and sixth in the 100 meter hurdles (14.50) ... registered a pair of top finishes at the UNLV Elite meet coming in fourth in the 100 meter hurdles (14.37) and seventh in the 400 meters (58.25) ... runner-up in the 400 meter hurdles at the Vince O'Boyle Track and Field Classic (1:02.14) ... finished fifth in the 400 meters (57.97) & 400 meter hurdles (1:01.74), seventh in the 100 meter hurdles (14.40) at the Utah Tech Invitational.

At Utah Tech 2024 Indoor (Sophomore): Named second-team all-WAC after finishing seventh in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:50.66 at the WAC Indoor Championships ... clocked a time of 57.78 in the 400 meters and 8.95 in the 60 meter hurdles at the WAC Indoor Championships ... finished third in the finals of the 60 meter hurdles clocking a season-best time of 8.82 and also took third in the 400 meters at the Ron Mann Classic in 57.82 ... placed fourth in the 60 meter hurdles (8.87) and clocked a time of 58.96 in the 400 meters at the NAU Lumberjack Team Challenge ... finished eighth in the 60 meter hurdles at the BYU Cougar Invitational with a time of 9.12 and clocked a time of 59.58 in the 400 meters ... opened the indoor season at the BYU December Invitational competing in the 500 meters (1:18.96) and 60 meter hurdles (9.30).

At Utah Tech 2023 Outdoor (Freshman): Finished first in the 400 meter hurdles at the Vince O'Boyle Track and Field Classic clocking a time of 1:02.75 ... part of the program record 4x400 meter relay team that took 10th at the WAC Championships with a time of 3:52.10 ... set a program record in the 400 meter hurdles at the WAC Championships clocking a personal best time of 1:02.65 to take 14th ... part of the 4x400 meter relay that came in seventh with a time of 3:55.69 and finished 13th in the 100 meter hurdles at the BYU Robison Invitational with a personal best time of 14.98 ... placed fourth in the 400 meter hurdles at the Steve Scott Invitational registering a time of 1:02.67 ...  ... also part of the 4x400 meter relay team that finished fifth (3:54.68) at the Utah-Washington State Spring Classic ... tallied a pair of top-five finishes at the Vince O'Boyle Track and Field Classic finishing first in the 100 meter hurdles (1:02.75) and fifth as part of 4x400 meter relay (3:54.16) ... finished eighth in the 400 meter hurdles at the Utah Tech Invitational with a time of 1:03.32 ... earned Academic All-WAC honors.

At Utah Tech 2023 Indoor (Freshman): Set personal best times in both the 60 meter hurdles (9.23) and 400 meters (59.78) to finish 21st and 25th, respectively at the WAC Championships ... recorded a pair of top-five finishes at the Ron Mann Classic finishing fourth in the 100 meters (1:00.26) and was fifth in the 4x400 meter relay (4:02.08) ... placed third in the 400 meters (59.98) and sixth in the 4x400 meter relay (4:07.33) at the Lumberjack Team Challenge.

At Cedaredge High School: Was the varsity team captain ... was named All-State two times and a four-time state champion ... holds her school's record for the 300m hurdles and 4x400 ... was named the Western Slope Athlete of the Year ... also competed in volleyball and basketball.
