At Milford High School: Earned 16 varsity letters four each in cross country, track, basketball, and volleyball ... helped her teams to Utah Idaho 1A state championships, cross country in 2017 and 2019 and basketball in 2020 ... was the Utah 1A state champion in the 300 hurdle sophomore year ... was first team all state four times in cross country, four times in track, and twice in volleyball

Personal: Born in St. George, Utah … parents are Jeep and Nisha Spaulding … also recruited by Utah Valley and Idaho State ... currently majoring in Secondary English Education
