At Dixie State: 2017 – Competed in four races as a sophomore … logged a season-best 28th-place finish (18:36) at the NAU George Kyte Invitational … earned All-PacWest Academic honors.
At Emery High School: Finished in the top 5 at the Utah 2A State Cross Country Championship in each of the past four seasons, including a fifth place finish in 2016 with a time of 19:53 (3 mile) … graduated in May 2017.
Personal: Born in Price, Utah … parents are Frank and Tara Hurst … also recruited by Ohio Valley, Eastern, Florida Gulf Coast, and Southern Utah … currently majoring in general studies.
