Eric Pelton is in his 20th season as the head coach of the Utah Tech women's tennis program in 2025-26.
The Trailblazers won a Division I-era best seven games in 2024-25. Pelton also helped Maya Inouye to a Second Team All-WAC selection with a singles record of 10-6, the most by a Trailblazer in the D1-era.
Utah Tech has tallied 22 wins since moving up to Division I prior to the 2020-21 season.
In its first season of DI transition, Pelton guided Juliana Honczaruk and Rachel Mellor to a Second Team All-WAC Doubles selection. The duo combined for a 4-9 mark, ending the season on a three-match win streak.
Pelton helped lead then-Dixie State to a career-high 13 wins in 2018-19 and added six more victories in the COVID-19 shortened season of 2019-20.
Overall, in his 19 years leading the Trailblazers, Pelton has racked up 111 victories.
