Dixie State Honors: Earned first all-RMAC honors in 2019 (800 FR) and second team recognition in 2020 (800 FR).
At Desert Edge High School: Was a four-year letter winner in swimming and currently owns the DEHS school record in the 200 free and was part of the school’s record-setting 200 and 400 free relay teams … advanced to the Arizona State Swim Championships in each of her four years … served as team captain as a junior and senior … also lettered in volleyball and softball.
Personal: Born in Phoenix, Arizona … parents are Steve and Julie Ruppenthal … favorite team is BYU football … favorite athlete is Blake Griffin … also recruited by Northern Arizona, Colorado Mesa, New Mexico State, San Jose State and Concordia-Irvine … currently majoring in recreation and sports management.
Why I chose Dixie State: “I chose Dixie State because of the location and the atmosphere of the school. I’ve had multiple cousins and friends who have attended Dixie State, and they have talked nothing but greatness about this school.”
