Biography
At Dixie State 2017-18 (Sophomore): Recorded season-best times in the 50 free (27.45 at CMU), 100 free (PR - 57.84 at PCSC Championships), 200 free (2:05.05 at PCSC Championships) and 500 free (6:07.73 at PCSC Pentathlon) … also competed in the 200 and 400 free relays.
Dixie State 2016-17 (Freshman): Posted season best marks in the 50 free (PR - 27.19), 100 free (59.22) and 200 free (PR - 2:08.53) … also swam legs in the 200, 400 and 800 free relays.
At Higley High School: Was a two-sport athlete for the Knights and was part of a 200-m free relay that finished 10th in the state … also was a three-year captain on the HHS girl’s basketball team … earned Academic All-American honors and the Team Academic All-American Scholar Award … worked with Unified Sports to assist athletes with special needs play sports.
Personal: Born in Ogden, Utah … parents are Ryan and Tamarah Taylor … currently majoring in exercise science.
