At Colorado Mesa 2019-20 (Freshman): Competed in seven meets, including the RMAC Championships as an exhibition swimmer… posted season-best times in three of her four events at the RMAC meet with altitude-adjusted marks of 24.82 (50 free), 53.93 (100 free) and 5:12.13 (500 free) … recorded a personal-best time of 1:56.28 in the 200 free at the A3 Performance Invitational.

At Palmer High School (2018-19): Placed second in the 200 free and sixth in the 100 free at the 2018 Alaska State Championships.
 
At Worland (WY) High School (2015-18): Won both the 50 and 100 free events at the Absaraka Conference Championships as a junior in 2017... won the state 50 free title in both 2015 and 2016, and also finished second in the 100 free during both of those years.

Personal: Born in Worland, Wyoming … parents are Chuck and Kami Russell … older sister Saydria swam at Dixie State from 2016-18 … also recruited by Colorado Mesa, Drury, Fresno Pacific and Northern State … favorite team is the Pittsburgh Steelers ... favorite athlete is TJ Watt... currently majoring in recreation and sports management.

Why I Chose Dixie State: "I chose Dixie State because my sister swam here and my grandfather played basketball here. It’s been where I’ve always wanted to go.”
